"This is a perfectly located property to the lifts of Palisades Tahoe. Just a short walk out the door and you are there. The Village has great restaurants and shops. You don't have to drive anywhere if you don't want to. Our room was a bit dated and could have used some TLC but all in all we had a wonderful stay."

"First off, Adan as a front desk person is excellent. Spencer at the bar also great. Room was clean, sheets, pillows comfortable. Updated but sparse in terms of decor. Wish bar had hard alcohol. Wish 'market' had a better selection."

"I always enjoy staying at Plumpjack with my dog and appreciate having a table on the side of the restaurant where I can eat dinner and have her with me. Being accommodating to my gluten free and dairy free diet is also a plus! The bellmen were very accommodating as well and we are looking forward to our next station 6/18 on our way back home from our Colorado trip to see friends/family. The people at the front desk were also very Considerate!"

"This place is fantastic. It's directly in the village but there's a resort shuttle to get you there (10 minutes away). Plenty of food options on site, we mostly used the coffee/mini mart shop. But dinner was great at Sandy's. It has a walk to lift right there and a ski check for convenience. I doubt I'll stay anywhere else on our next trip back to Palisades."

"Great hotel, clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good. Very nice employees. Not downtown but there is a FREE city bus every hour on the hour that stops across the street from hotel, (TART). No need for a car. Nice 3 block walk to Donner lake Museum, and 1.5 miles walk to Lake Donner. So beautiful."

"We had such a great stay at the Hyatt. We had 3 families going and the staff made sure our three rooms were as close as possible. The rooms were all well stocked with great quality kitchen cookware. Bring your own seasonings though! We loved walking to the village and highlands gondola for skiing. The ski valet was also so amazing & convenient, while underground parking is great when there's snow. Highly recommend for families who value being close to the slopes! "
