"Kids loved the pools. Clean rooms and comfortable beds."

"Everything was clean and in good working order. It is changing over from the Wellfleet Motel. The rooms we stayed in were unchanged but they mentioned they were slowly changing everything over. The outdoor pool is pretty good and overall it is a quiet place to stay."

"It was lovely! The room was clean. We enjoyed our stay."

"This place is the best prettiest most wonderful place on Cape Cod! The gardens are spectacular! The pool beautiful and all restaurants exceptional!"

"What a fantastic experience from the minute I was greeted to the minute I left. Care and attention to detail were as good as it gets. It is clear that customer care is a top priority. Breakfast was amazing and the daily treats make you feel at home and like someone is thinking of you. I would highly recommend to anyone."

"Annual trip and stay. It is clean, quiet and the people who manage it are very nice. Yes-the rumors are true about the yummy muffins!!"

"Nice location with short walk into Chatham. Restaurants were good with great views. Overall we had a very nice stay."

"Orleans location! Moderately comfortable. Could use a bed upgrade. Good value for price"

"Great place...very pretty, beach was beautiful"

"Lovely place to stay. Breakfast was delicious!"

"Good location in middle of the town, so can walk everywhere. Parking is practical. Swimmingpool is a bit small, but we didn't come for that. Rooms are spacious, clean and practical. We slept well. Breakfast is a bit simple, in terms of variety (mainly bagels and muffins), but at least it was included (unlike other hotels). Would be great if they could have espresso/cappuccino coffee options. As in other smaller places in the US, it is difficult to find those in town."

"Brewster By the Sea has it all - great location, amazing innkeeper, unbelievable breakfasts, and great rooms with perfect amenities. "

"Amazingly clean and well appointed property!"

"Most amazing place; great accommodations, family friendly, beach has one of the best waters in the cape. Definitely coming back."

"Love this place! The rooms are gorgeous and the bed and linens are super comfy! The entire grounds are wonderful! Love the coffee room and the outdoor garden and fire pit! Walkable to downtown. I’ll definitely stay here again!!"

"Arriving late at night, there was a handwritten welcome note on the front desk AND an upgrade to a larger room. This place is so enchanting. It is an antique Inn of 200 years old; the rooms are clean and thoughtfully decorated. There is breakfast next door at Brekkies which is great. I will definitely stay here again."
