The staff were so helpful and caring, nothing was too much trouble.
There was plenty of parking.
My only criticism is that it was easy to miss in the dark.
We would definitely visit again."

"Parking on site with a manned reception.
My room was adequate - en-suite bathroom, comfy bed- even a little balcony.
For breakfast there was a good choice of: cereals, fruit, yoghurt, toast and a range of additional cooked to order breakfasts (a few cost a bit extra).
There is even a spa and swimming pool. (Spa treatments cost extra).
A good location - not far from the town centre- and the Manor Wildlife Park.
Overall I wish I had stayed a day longer."

"Excellent value stay, great location, nice facilities. The guy there this morning was very sociable and helpful. Continental Breakfast was ample and worked well despite not being particularly high quality. The shower in the room was hot, apparently endless hot water, just a bit dated but functional. I'd definitely stay again"

"Our room was spacious with a seating area. The en-suite shower room was small but adequate with lovely hot water and upmarket products. The Welsh tapestry bedspread was perfect.
The spa was a welcome find, the therapist was very experienced. The pool was large, better than average.
Breakfast was tasty with good choices.
The location of the hotel was perfect for our planned weekend, visiting the Welsh National Botanical Gardens and friends in the area.
I would not hesitate to stay here...
