"The Marseille Provence Airport is in the middle of nowhere. The Best Western there also seems isolated but is clean, has helpful staff, and is close to the airport. Be aware, however, that the hotel "restaurant" is basically just a snack bar."

The room was spacious, well furnished but quite traditional and dark which I suppose is the style for those beautiful buildings. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
