"A single charging point in a room for two. Phone connection does not work. For everything you have to physically go to the reception desk and talk. Reception desk does not have a key person for 24/7 help. No hot water in the bathroom and neither do they help you out when you report of unavailability of hot water. No WiFi in the resort.
