You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in. "Perfecto 👍👍👍 A friendly welcome plus a call prior to my arrival to make sure that everything was in check. Just a short walk from Adelshof station with good links to and from the Airport. Just a shame that I wasn't staying for longer."

"I like the hotel and location. We had beautifull room with great view. Stuff was nice and friendly. Room was cleaned daily. But Im giving 4 stars because when we asked for another duvet they didnt have one and also ventilation was full of dust and under the bed was so much dust that you could chocke."

Aber ansonsten sehr sauber und alles wirklich durchdacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist außerordentlich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
