We arrived late in the night and the staff actually picked calls to give us directions and we find the person we had been talking to waiting for us at the entrance. The check-in was smooth.
We had challenges with the water heaters on day one, however, when we reported to the staff, they rectified the issue.
They have "Katogo" and "Chapati" as options for breakfast. If you are Ugandan you know what that means.
The rooms were clean, very spacious and comfy. The gardens are beautiful, and GREEN!...
The resort was nice and safe. The only issues:
1) room lighting very poor. Need to add lamps
2) Hot. Add a fan
3) The mosquito net was wobbly, not well secured
We stayed one night. The breakfast exceeded our expectations.

Hotel was fine - decent quality for the money. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was nice (though expect a Ugandan breakfast - Katogo and greens and potatoes and sausages). There's a nice view that's in the process of being blocked by a giant mall under construction.
However, when I arrived they told me that they could not receive money from Expedia, and I needed to pay them directly. I did so and am in the process of trying to get my money back from Expedia; I...
The property is serene very quiet place well lit and ammenities working well. Wifi was not working day 1 but it was eectified in day 2 they have a back generator
This propert was a perfect fit for me. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was courteous at all times, the food was good, and the outside area was pristine. And the price was very reasonable.
I hope to stay here again.
