"We really did not use any of the extras. Check in was quick and easy. The room was very surprising. Very spacious, full-size refrigerator, two burner cook top, a few dishes, could have stayed there a whole week comfortably and not had to go out for every meal. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who would like to stay in Dallas. "

"The property was as shown in the listing. Very pet friendly as well as business friendly. It was in an excellent location-market, grocery store, salon, restaurants, coffee shop and massage therapist within 1 mile (easy walk). Beautiful park around the corner 2 blocks away. The onsite laundry was convenient to have since i was there for a month. I do have some suggestions I will follow up directly with the property on. I would absolutely stay here again. "

Its the most horrible nasty ghetto hotel and is also neigbors with a homeless camp..and if tou want to compare the hotel to the.homeless camp they were cleaner than this run down place and dont let the pictures fool you. "I have to call 24 hours prior to my trip to find out that the apartment is flooded and I should feel free to cancel and do whatever instead. I was giving another apartment and when I showed up it was 100°. It was not cold and the door would not close. Do not rent from those people. It's a scam"
