"Camera pulitissima con una posizione fantastica e comoda alla metro e al centro. Colazione molto buona e varia, crostate strepitose. Personale veramente disponibile e gentile . Consiglio assolutamente"

"The staff were very helful. The room was clean. Overall we had a good experience."

"This hotel was very clean and convenient to traveling outside of Rome. Even though it’s close to the highway it is very quiet. Breakfast was really nice."

"We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience. The location was excellent, with easy access to the city by metro, making it simple to get around and explore. The air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver during our stay, especially with the hot weather we experienced. It made coming back to the room after a day of sightseeing so much more comfortable. The breakfast was fairly basic, but it had everything we needed and was a good way to start each day before heading out. Overall, it...

"The A/C was not working so it was quite hot at night. Also the area was extremely noisy (lots of trafic throughout the entire night). Hard to sleep. Staff was very nice. Room was quite big."

"Clean comfortable hotel. "

"L'hotel era pulito, aveva un servizio in camera efficiente ed era in un'ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione della metropolitana Mirti, che facilita gli spostamenti verso il Colosseo, e vicino a piccoli mercati e McDonald's."

"The check in process was seamless - very clear instructions! Room was large and spotless"

"Octavio was very kind and helpful. Nice property "

"Location is excellent for the price and if you’re looking for something outside the center of Rome. Room was extremely clean and quiet, just what we were looking for. The best part of it was how close the train station was from it. So convenient!. "

"It was great location, very close to the metro. The rooms were relatively small but we only used it for sleep. Relatively clean. The area had lots of dining options. "

"The best thing about this property is the way the property manager treats the costumers. Also the security is outstanding. Even though it is an older building it's very clean."

"We stayed 3 nights and found the apartment quite clean. We are a family of 4. However we were not thrilled with the online check in. I really don't like the idea of uploading sensitive documents like passports on their system or through what's app. And we wish the AC was cooler. Lastly, it would be nice if Actus could print instructions for the stove and blinds etc. Parking was OK in the lower level but we found the residents rude because they park their cars inappropriately making it harder to...

"The room was clean. Excellent communication with the staff on WhatsApp. The AC was not cooling the room down so I had to use the ventilator which got me sick on my last day in Rome (thankfully the weather was not hot, so I could handle the warmth) The location was not ideal as Centocelle is not the safest place in Rome and it’s very smelly, but manageable."

"We were hesitant because of how far it was from city center. But it was worth it. They have convenient transportation (for free) to and from the city center. The breakfast was amazing everyday. The rooms were huge with great amenities. Whenever we needed anything the staff made it happen. We would absolutely stay here again"

"Excellent staff and extra clean room and bathroom"

"Kate was absolutely brilliant, she was very patient with us as first time travelers to Rome. She gave us map and gave us key tips on where to go and what to see during our limited time in the city, and gave us some helpful tips to avoid pickpockets in the area. Super kind and friendly as well. Would gladly stay here again in the future!"
