The staff is so incredibly helpful--not in your face or pushy, but there when you need them and very kind. We selected the Red Level again, and we loved the separate lounge area (and took advantage of it). This has become our go-to hotel when in Madrid! Oh, and we loved the bath tub. :)"

Would stay there again next time! Tho its a no frills hostel, its the perfect place to crash and sleep and do nothing else, so dont expect any luxuries. But You wont find a better location anywhere in Madrid!! "
