"Compact room but was impressively clean and well maintained especially the bathroom. I only wish it has a lock though (because we have an adventurous toddler). Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was uncomplicated but truly delicious. "I really recommend this hotel to anyone who is combining a stay in Paris with a visit the North or France or the Alsace region. You are smack Dab next to Gare de l'est and a 10 minute walk to Gare du Nord. While I did not have breakfast at the hotel, I had coffee twice and a croissant. It's good and priced accordingly to the area. Everyone is nice and helpful. As for the rooms, yoi can see they did wonders of renovation in a very old building. Shower is not too small as in similar hotels and...

"VERY clean hotel with a large room and bathroom, conveniently located within walking distance of the major train stations. Easy walk to the Louvre and even the Eiffel Tower (my husband and I are big walkers, so we found this was in range). Will stay at again next time in Paris."
