"WHERE do I begin? After I booked the room, I was communicating with one person. They told me to be at the property by 2pm for check-in. When I arrived at the property, everything was digital. As far as the locks are concerned. The directions were not clear as to which room I was in. The person I was communicating with stopped communicating once I was in the property. I could not get into the room for about twenty minutes. Thank GOD another gentleman was in the property who could help me....
