"Mandarin Mayfair is our new fave stay in London. It is centrally located in a wonderful area and everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. From the moment we arrived, all the personnel we came into contact with from the reception, concierge, porters, security, housekeeping, in room dining, restaurants... the service was just excellent. Mind you accommodation rates are pretty steep but you definitely get what you pay for."

"Very nice hotel located on the second floor of a cozy bar. We were a bit worried about the noise from the bar, but it closes after 23 and then it was a very calm area of London. Walking distance to most sights and the tube just around the corner. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay again. Bonus points that the first drink in the bar was included!"

"Very disappointing. The staff was excellent and understanding, but we had to switch rooms three times because of issues with cleanliness. Hair all over our shower walls the first time. Cigarette smoke the second time. Pretty unacceptable for any price, but certainly for this price."
