"Great location lots happening and walk to everything. Easy parking options. There was dust in the room that was my only critic."

"Awesome place! Very big city! Well done! Loved the area of the city for all the best reasons! Staff was beyond awesome! The bed was a dream!"

"The staff was always smiling and helpful. I loved the extra services like the 5-6 pm wine bar with pizza and that lemonade and water was always available. The coffee bar and muffins in the morning were the perfect way to start my day, especially because I never had time for breakfast. Thank you for being a hotel that goes above and beyond."

"My new favourite place to stay in Toronto! Great location, attentive staff and super- convenient amenities. Underground parking a bit expensive, but hassle-free."

"Ok…super beyond great stay! Modern clean equipped and easy! Perfect location for almost everything! The price was beyond good and the suite is unmatched in the 100’s of places I’ve stayed! My ONLY concern was the 4 pm super crazy chaotic check in! "Stayed 3 nights in October and the location is unbeatable — right in the heart of downtown Toronto. We walked everywhere: St. Lawrence Market, the Eaton Centre, restaurants and nightlife all within minutes, and getting to Union Station was easy. The suite was spacious and comfortable, which made a real difference on a multi-night stay. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Service and ambience of the hotel was wonderful and great! We were nicely greeted at the front lobby when we entered and when we left. Excellent hotel. Particularly enjoyed the large bedroom suite with cosy decor and excellent lighting. My purpose of visit was business to attend a conference."
