"I booked this hotel for two nights for my 22 year old daughter. She was going to a concert in London alone. The staff are helpful, friendly and polite with excellent service. On check in she was given a free drink. The rooms are beautiful, clean with lovely decor. She said it was very homely, didn’t feel like a hotel room & the bed so comfy. There was free tea, coffee facilities, water in fridge, biscuits, crisps, iron & ironing board, safe, shower cap, etc & free Wi-Fi & Netflix. Great location...
