"Einfache Apartment mit Blick auf den großen Innenhof mit aufgeschütteten Strand am Swimmingpool. Für den Preis akzeptabel. Internet funktioniert gut. Die Übergabe muss vorher telefonisch verabredet werden, wie bei gemieteten Apartments in den Philippinen üblich. Die Anlage ist ein Komplex von Hochhäusern, die eine schöne Anlage umschließen."

"very accommodating owner."

"Great room. Great view. enjoyed my stay."

"It’s good for a group stay"

"I strongly do not recommend this place. No possible check-in. Should be removed from this site."

"Check in was good, just remember to bring your driver's license or they will hold your passport. Check out was not as good as we almost missed our flight as someone must sign for you to get your id back. The unit was nice and clean, I would recommend."

"not good too strict and the room has cockroach"

"The place was clean and the guards were courteous. Only complaint was they forgot to replenish the toilet paper:(("

"The air conditioner is insufficient and very old and works loudly. The cleaning was not that good. There was women's hair on the floor. My allergies increased because there was no air conditioner filter."

"Property is good but some critters are present during our stay"

"It was great . I needed a break and place to stay . The owner is very friendly "

"We had a pleasant stay in this beautiful accomodation with a very friendly host- Ammy. She took care of us from the start of the booking til we arrived at the place- everything went just smooth and perfect. She is simply so kind- thank you! The pool is amazing- a waving pool- never seen that before. The area is clean and safety- a lot of security. Close to the airport- perfect place to take 2-3 days in Manila before to fly to the islands. Warmly recommend the hotel and the host!"
