"Incredible stay, phenomenal location, top notch staff and amenities. Would gladly stay again!"

"We enjoyed a magical weekend in Lake Como and our stay at Villa Flori was a large part of that. The staff was so welcoming, professional and extremely helpful. They packed up a wonderful picnic for a boat ride with friends, were attentive at all restaurant interactions, and so helpful in securing taxis. The piano player on the balcony during cocktail hour was a pleasant surprise to hear from our room and the views cannot be beat. The breakfast each morning was delicious and offered plentiful...

"The room and the hotel were perfectly maintained. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay perfect. The complimentary breakfast was excellent along with great service. The dinner dining experience had great service and excellent food. I highly recommend this hotel."

"This Hotel is in a great location, Right by the lake and centre of Como with all its Bars, Resturants and shops, The lady on reception was great (even gave us an upgrade) would definately stay here again (but hopefully this time without the Fire Alarm going off at 4am!)"

"Great location even if you don't have a car. The restaurant has excellant menu, yummy food and breakfast looking out over the lake. The staff all friendly even though we couldn't speak Italian. Ask the locals how to get to the bottom of the hill. Walk way about 15min down to Post office round about. Catch bus 6 into Como, catch bus C110 to Menaggio about an 1 hour. Also the ferry is just down from the bus. Go up the hill catch the bus C128 on the side of the Postie."
