"Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff and excellent location."

"Quite possibly the nicest place we’ve stayed at! Lovely cabin tucked in the corner next to a field full of sheep’s, private garden area, hot tub, just amazing! Loved every minute there, peaceful, comfortable and very relaxing! I would suggest a name change on either the cabin or the paperwork though as we had to double check with reception that “chesnut cabin” was “the cabin” as we didn’t want to walk into the wrong one."

"Great location for proximity to Town, super parking. "

"Excellent little studio , has everything you need. Great location."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Laindon’s. The breakfast was amazing. the place is full of funky art and has a delightful atmosphere. As a super smeller I particualrly appreciated the scent of roses in the entryway! The staff are super kind and helpful. they provide beach towels and shoes as well. the location is also great as you can get to the beach/shops in 5 minutes or less. Definitely recommend."

"Beautiful house, very friendly and helpful owners, lovely and clean. Great breakfast with choice of fresh fruits, yoghurt, cereal, pastries and cooked options. Plenty of parking outside. Lovely place to stay and explore the local area."

"Really great hotel, would recommend the resturant next door Breakfast was of a very high standard"

"This is a great option for Eastbourne. It is quiet - located away from the worst of the traffic - and the large rooms and tasty breakfast make it our favourite place at the beach."

"Beautiful family run hotel in a great location, walking distance to sea, town centre and lots of great restaurants. Very friendly and knowledgeable hosts. Beautiful room and amazing freshly cooked breakfast."

"Fantastic, comfortable room, with everything I needed. Easy check in, great staff, I'll definitely stay again"

"Excellent 1 night-stay near the Long Man of Wilmington. Perfect if you also want to explore South Downs/Seven Sisters Cliff - Room was nice, staff was friendly, food was great. Only changes I would suggest are option of thinner pillows/summer duvet during summer months, and milk for the tea offered in the bedroom. "

"Great location, lovely room, great breakfast, very friendly staff. Highly recommend."

"Have stayed in 4 hotels and B&B’s in Eastbourne and this is by far and away the best one I’ve stayed in. Victorian features, stain glass windows combined with a modern style. Breakfast choices were eggcelent with proper sausages and bacon, the “house” scrambled eggs was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was a bonus as that area of Eastbourne can be tricky to find spaces to park at night. Would definitely stay at The New England again."

"A stunningly beautiful setting. Clean, tidy and, elegantly decorated and set out. Secure, peaceful and comfortable. We shall most definitely stay there again. Cannot recommend highly enough! ✨💫✨💫✨💫💚🌲💚💫✨💫✨"
