"Can highly recommend Fast , courteous check in to a lovely garden bungalow room with a porch. The room was very well maintained and/ or recently refurbished. Kettle, toaster and electric bbq on porch seemed almost new. Comfy big bed and nice sheets.Beautiful gardens and good sized pool as well.Have last year stayed nearby in a very run down name hotel so was so glad to have picked Palm City Resort. Thank you for a lovely stay"

"Restaurant had excellent food, bar was well stocked + made the best mocha coffees I've had in my 5 weeks in AU. Staff was friendly, helpful + efficient, but always with plenty of time to assist in the best experiences. Truly a most enjoyable stay."

"Hotel smell terrible, jack hammering where the pool use to be.t.v not working. Staff were rude & not helpful they were actually rude for mo reason.the carpet in the room has stains.all the xatpet threw out the hotel was filthy.i wouldnt advise anyone to stay here"

"The hotel was good. The room was nice and big. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were great. We enjoyed the pool and loved the Tali restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"The staff were really friendly and the room was nice and clean. But, while I stayed for three nights, I did not get my room cleaned once. Even when I asked for new towels in the morning, they were not delivered when I came back in the afternoon. They said the computer system to manage cleaning was not working, but... In addition, some extremely noisy club music was on until 2:30am every night and it was very disturbing. So, ask for a room on the quiet side (if there is any)."

"Great room with large kitchen including laundry, living room and dining area, plus 2 bedrooms. Our room had a HUGE balcony off of it with dining table. So nice. The rooftop restaurant/bar was awesome! We had some drinks and enjoyed complimenting snacks and the kids loved the massage chairs. Special spot. The pool was awesome! "

"The room was basic and not very clean. Linen was good. View from Balcony over looking drive way was terrible, it was so disappointing. Main bed needs a bedside table bith sides. Ammenities and pool was fantastic."
