Beautifully and thoughtfully designed in a nice modern style. comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff and a great free breakfast. Free parking. Excellent value for the money. I'll stay again whenever I'm in the area.

We’ve never stayed here before, but this was a lovely place to go to before heading to the airport the following day. Room was and clean, bedding and pillows so comfy! Very relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub before sleeping. The free breakfast in the morning was also super nice and we were grateful for that as well, the lady keeping up the tables was super nice and the place was also very clean. Best place to stay while in Seattle

This place has the most amazing beds and little touches that make it stand out from the rest. Fresh coffee, a sweet outdoor fire place, spacious rooms, did I mention the amazing beds? Walkable to downtown Walla Walla (so many wine tasting rooms, restaurants and cute shops), fabulous attentive staff and easy parking. Highly recommend!

We loved The Sound! It was one of the only hotels on our month long adventure through four contries that we thought, "hmm, we could stay at this hotel a little longer than we planned." Highly recommend it!

Appreciated the Underground pkg., although the spaces were a bit small to maneuver. Liked that there were convenient & walkable places eat in the area. The staff was very friendly.

Was just overnight and off to my cruise, got a shuttle for only $20 to pier 91. Hotel staff set me up with it. I would have never known and paid for Uber that would have been $80. Thank you

Hotel itself is great. Unfortunately, there are many homeless people in the immediate neighborhood.

I like staying in this location both before and after flying through the Bellingham airport. It’s a few steps from the airport, so very convenient. The only improvement I would like to see is real half and half in the in-room coffee service. Powdered “lightener” is so 1970s!

We were on the 18th floor and the night view was awesome. The room was very modern and nice and clean. The refrigerator kept our drinks cold. We ate at Adare's restaurant inside the hotel for breakfast and it was really good. The bar in Adare's had grest margaritas on the rocks. One big plus was in there Market they have a microwave available for the guest.

The staff I interacted with everyday at the Watertown Hotel during my 4-night stay there were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient and safe area. House keeping is offered every other day, which works perfect for me. Room amenities, such as coffee was not automatically refilled during room cleaning. But you can easily ask for them at the front desk. They served pineapple shaped sugar cookies daily at the lobby, which give someone who has a sweet tooth something to...

It was beautiful and roomy

The hotel is across from a Target, a block from Pikes market and an easy walk(with luggage), to Westlake train station. The staff here is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant on site( Ben Paris) has really good food. But the best thing is the bed!!!!

One of three Hyatt properties next to each other this hotel is smaller but cozy and friendly. Good restaurant, great spa with a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and nail salon. Walking distance from the Pike Place Market and a block away from the Paramount Theater and the Seattle Convention Center. Great food options in the blocks surrounding the hotel. I'll be back.
