We loved this suite! Eva and Jim, the property owners, went above and beyond any Bed and Breakfast I have ever been to. I have been to many B&Bs and this one is the absolute BEST! I would give them more stars if I could. They had an amazing extended continental breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, toast, pastries etc much more than we expected. I booked this hotel shortly before our trip for New Year time. It’s quite pricey at this time. But it’s one of the best hotels in Poipu area. They do have the amazing pools which my boys love it. Our studio room is as big as we expected but it does has a queen sofa bed and mini kitchen and laundry. The restaurant at the pool has good food with reasonable price. Please shop at the small grocery store in the lobby. The grocery stores miles away are not cheaper than in the hotel. Highly recommend...

We stayed in the Ohia Ranch Retreat room. This was easily the most beautiful room we’ve ever stayed in. The aesthetic of the stained wood beams, hard wood floors and furnishings was outstanding. There was a real attention to detail. The bed was also tied for the most comfortable bed we’ve slept in and reminds us that we have to replace our bed at home sometime soon. We had the ocean view room on the second floor. It was newly renovated, with a beautiful private bathroom and beautiful wood work throughout. We were a bit spoiled when we were there, since there were no other guests on our floor during our stay. The kitchen and living room were spacious and well equipped, and Josh was always there to help us if we needed it. We would definitely stay here in the future

For some reason because it had the word "Hotel" in its name I didn't have great expectations. However, the entire place is like a very high end NEW resort. The room was ridiculously nice. This place is absolutely magical. Perfectly situated on the most beautiful oceanfront property among lush gardens and swaying palm trees. It indeed feels like an exclusive boutique hotel. I like that this property is so close to the beach and shopping area. The gym and laundry facilities located on the same floor was convenient. I was able to work out while waiting for the laundry to be done. The manager’s reception with live music and the breakfast with miso soup daily sweet fresh pineapple were really enjoyable. The apartment was great. It was plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 teen. The full kitchen was great and has everything we needed to cook meals. It was very neat and clean and even had all the small stuff I forgot like shampoo and body wash. Danielle was great and responded to my texts swiftly. It was truly lovely. Property so clean, bonus was we had a full kitchen (we weren’t on the resort side so can’t speak to that) and had access to grills. Like being in a condo but with maid and other hotel services. Sunny side of island, on a nice small stretch of beach and bear to others. Had a chill vibe but is a pretty big hotel. Sparkling clean. We had a great time.

The beds we comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't like that the bathroom had barely any counter space for my stuff and the only plug was on the far side of the toilet. Had to place my toothbrush on the toilet tank and hair dryer cord barely reached the mirror to see what your doing.
