It was centrally located right across the street from Kamaole I Beach, and while I wouldn't necessarily recommend staying anywhere in Kihei without a car, there were definitely places to eat and hang in walkable distance in both directions, and the hotel also offered a complementary shuttle service within a 3-mile radius. For those with cars, the plentiful free parking was a nice contrast vs the predatory parking fees at the Wailea resorts. The...
