A beautiful place to stay.

From the moment I arrived, my stay was nothing short of amazing! I was greeted with a bellman (Alfred) ready to take care of my luggage and assist me to my suite. The front desk staff was always friendly, ready, and available to help with all my needs. Not to mention, a flute of prosecco and a glass bottle of water being presented to me at check-in. A few things.. I stay in 5 star properties a lot. And this is one of the few that allows the public to roam the entire hotel. Most others would require a room key to get on a guest floor.. people not staying there were roaming the halls. I find this a major security issue that really needs to be addressed by you.. this police would seriously affect my staying there in the future.

Liked the overall size, not to crowded and no children.

The elevators were amazingly fast! The pool never felt crowded or the beach in front. Perfect location and amount of people.

It was stunning and pristine. Very well managed, maintained and extremely clean. Awesome amenities and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I loved it and we’re so glad we chose to stay here for our 25th anniversary.

This hotel definately exceeded our expectations. Even though it is an old building (built in the early 1900s), the staff is very proud of its heritage and previous famous guests. The HH is my go-to when staying in Downtown St Pete. It is central to everything; the water, restaurants, and retail. The Sunday Pool Party is famous and a “must” for out-pf-towners.

A beautiful property managed with care and consideration for the aesthetics and for the pampering of its guests. For as many times as I will visit Winter Park, I will stay here again and again.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect !!! I really love everything about this trip my only concern is the ac on my room it was really hot my only dislike other than that everything was perfect the view the sunset and the food !!!!! I will come back for sure ❤️

The property is absolutely gorgeous…. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the amenities are perfect. So much fun!

Wonderful hosts!

We are a family traveling. I’d say we will not return with kids. It’s family friendly in the sense that there are other kids there but the resort overall is really not designed for families. My husband -who is athletic and 42 years of age - fell in the shallow end of the pool because the bottom of the pool was extremely slippery. He did get hurt. Loved our stay. Property is beautiful,the beach was so calming, and all the food was great. Minutes to downtown area for food and shopping. Restaurant on property was delicious! If you’re looking for a place to really relax this is where to go!
