"Clean room, accommodating staff, great pool, and convenient beach access. They sell snow cones and ice cream in the lobby and cocktails at the poolside bar. We stayed on the first floor and had a great view of the ocean and easy access to the pool and beach. We will stay here again when we come back."
"The property was very nice. We did encounter a problem but as soon as we brought it to their attention, they took care of it. One of the elevators wasn't working which made a lot more steps when checking in/out but we made it work. It was a pretty long walk to get from Building 3 to the lazy river/splash pad but once we found a way to do it indoors, no issues with the little ones in the sun."

"I realize this is not your top tier hotel and that you get what you pay for, but relatively speaking people are still paying a premium to stay on property and the hotel and guest rooms felt very institutional. The lobby and guest towers felt like any airport Hampton Inn or Comfort Suites. The ground floor hallways were sad and depressing, as was the game room. The lack of vending on every floor was ridivulous and the 3 machines in there were each sold out of water and had bad/limited choices. And RIDICULOUSLY overpriced and I know and expect everything is expensive down there, but in exchange, at least don’t make me walk to a different floor and have better selection and stocked machines since I’m paying a premium.
Sorry that’s a lot of griping, but on the bright side, the staff was generally nice and very helpful. Housekeeping service was good. I’m sure there’s a reason why you require them to enter rooms every day but I gotta say I really didn’t love her opening the door before 8 AM when we were still sleeping. The cafeteria selection was pretty good and pool area looked nice and clean."
"Our entire experience here was very good. It would be unfair to say otherwise. Maybe just two things could be improved — not as criticism, but simply as suggestions: the cleanliness of the room floor regarding cleaning products, because it felt sticky when walking on it, and the mattresses, which were not very soft."
B&B Hotel Orlando International Drive Near Universal - Newly Renovated!

"While the room was modern, there was long pieces of hair scattered and the bottom shelf of the shower was barely hanging on to the wall which was a safety hazard concern with our toddler. The hotel was quiet and well located next to a Tesla super charger. We stayed on the second floor which was a pain as there’s no elevator. When we first got there, the walk up to the stairs had puddles of water all over the floor with wet floor signs. And it stayed like that whole evening. Additionally the ice machine on the second floor did not work. So while reasonably priced… personally, I would stay elsewhere next time. Also the trip from Disney was with traffic was about 30 min, without 17 minutes."
"Great stay for Mother’s Day with the family. Check in was amazing, we even got a room upgrade for free. Drinks and food n the pool are great as well as service from everyone. Pool can benefit for some extra cleaning."
