Clean room. Nice staff. Super close to Old Town and Golden 1 Center. 2nd time staying here, will definitely return.

It was really clean. I felt safe and was able to relax. They didn’t have a breakfast buffet because of the pandemic. However, they provided me with a breakfast bag every morning. The staff was really nice and was always willing to help. It was a great hotel!

Great place to stay when catching a Giants or Niners game. Great room, easy parking and lots around. Plus a casino close by, score!

No breakfast offered as included, but the restaurant there is amazing. Service is great, and all activities on site are within walking distance. An excellent vacation spot.

Only stayed 1 night but it was very nice. Room was large, comfortable, big bathroom with a deep tub/shower. Beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked great. After staying in multiple hotels this week, I really have to praise the free breakfast. The hot food was delicious.

50% of retail is closed including independent restaurants. I remember it in its hay day. Its still a unique property but I dont see a way yo get full occupancy for retail. Still clean and a nice inexpensive place to stay downtown.

Very happy with this hotel. Just a couple of minutes to cool downtown Arcata and Humboldt State University, and Arcata Community Forest, a must see. A pleasant 45 minute drive from Fern Valley and beautiful scenery up 101.

The hotel was great. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were extremely clean. The only things we didn’t like was that the stairs to the rooms were very steep and small, and there is no vent in the bathroom so even a warm shower makes everything in the bathroom wet. 9/10

the room and hotel are very nice but was lacking blankets in the room only thin sheets in this winter time! i mentioned it to the receptionist and she said i needs to ask foe them and i would get one. I feel blanks should be available in every room no need to ask foe them its understandable during the winter! otherwise everything was great and breakfast too

The grounds were absolutelt stunning. The hotel itself is beautiful, cute decorations and shopping inside. The rooms were spacious and clean. There was some noise thar could be heard through the walls but nothing terrible that coukdnt be ignired or slept through - additionally, the noises never lasted long either, most people were very well mannered. There was a shuttle option to take guests to downtown disney, the walk isnt terribly long either (but you do have to walk up/down the freeway...

THIS HOTEL IS THE PERFECT TUCK AWAY SPOT, HUMBLE HOTEL RAN BY A HUMBLE FAMILY AND THEY ARE VERY TENTATIVE. THE PRICE IS DECENT FOR THE ROOM THEY EVEN HAVE BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING. THE COMMENTS U MAY SEE ABOUT THIS HOTEL ARE A BIT OVERRATED AND DONT GIVE THE HOTEL ENOUGH CREDIT WE WILL MOST DEF BE BACK FOR THE JACUZZI ROOM AGAIN.ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN I DO RECOMMEND A FEW MINOR UPGRADES ALTHOUGH I BELIEVE IT WOULD TAKE AWAY FROM THE AUTHENTIC FEELING.THEY ARE DOING S GREAT JOB WITH THIS HOTEL....
