Minuwangoda Hotels

Super clean, comfortable, modern hotel. Great staff. Lovely food.

Fantastic hotel, beautifully appointed and only 10 mins from airport. A real find.

One of the best hotels that my family and I have stayed in. We have used a lot of different hotels throughout the world and Shangri La Colombo ranks one of the best we have stayed in. Even with all the difficulties SL is in now, the hotel staff saw to our comfort without any complaints. I salute the staff and management for their gracious hospitality. Thank you!

There are multiple activities within walking distance - casino, spa, bar, pool. sea, restaurant, shopping mall, etc. The hotel is self contained and enjoyable by family members of different ages. It is affordable compared to other hotels in Colombo. It is new and well maintained. Staff speak English, friendly, and helpful.

It was a wonderful experience at the property

Excellent staff and service! Very accommodating for early check ins or late check out! I’ll be back!

Friendly staff ... good location ... does not surprise me that this hotel has hosted kings and queens during the last 150 years. I got good service from Shayna at the restaurant there ... nice breakfast buffet.

We were disappointed that we were unable to stay more than one night! My partner and I misread our flight schedule and had to leave a night earlier than anticipated. The Cinnamon Red staff were wonderful and we were given a beautiful room fir our final night in Colombo. We paid extra for late check-out and it was worth it! We will definitely stay again if we're lucky enough to visit Sri Lanka again. Thank you

Very comfortable and centrally located hotel It was very clean and beds very comfortable I would love to return to this hotel

Aathma House was amazing! The staff is incredible and so attentive! They were friendly and helpful. Our favorite hotel in Asia so far!!!!

This place was great. Very convenient to the airport plus well maintained, clean, and the staff was very friendly.

Location attached to Colombo City Centre mall for a range of shopping options. Tuk Tuk and taxis easily accessible.

Good view from the room that I stayed

Our favorite hotel in Sri Lanka, and in the world now. We stayed twice during our stay in Sri Lanka, for a total of 4 nights. By the time we came back the second time, we felt as we were coming home. The staff are all beyond kind and genuine, from the managers and the front desk to the bellhops and servers, everyone had genuine smiles and conversation. They didn't know this, but I had a close family member die while I was overseas staying with them. Their kindness, over-the-top service, and...

We were checked in by Inshara, a bonnie lass indeed, she explained the facilities and where everything was. Everything thing in our room worked, the room was serviced daily, no complaints from us. I recommend this hotel for its laid back relaxed comfort.

Staff was very professional rooms are clean. Breakfast was amazing. Thank you.

Magical hotel in the best area of Sri Lanka. Unlike other high end hotels, you really feel like part of the Cinnamon community here. I had wonderful days just staying in the hotel and getting work done in the magnificent lobby while drinking coffee and eating delicious pastries . The restaurants are all top notch and the service was amazing. Looking forward to another stay soon . It's like a hub for the Sri Lankan cultural elite. The decor also stands apart from other five star hotels - truly...

Just perfect from check in to room standard to food.

Worth the price. Good transit hotel

Dear ITC Management and Team, my stay at ITC Colombo was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, Devmi made check-in smooth and welcoming, and Pradeep handled my luggage efficiently and with great care. Devmi also walked me through the in-room iPad, which made things like lighting wonderfully simple. At checkout, Sheena was exceptional, warm and professional, and Devmi checked in about my plans, which I really appreciated. Having stayed at other five-star properties in Colombo, this...
