From the U.S. Staying in Kiev for business for 5 days. I was unsure about this hotel because of the mixed reviews but I can say this was easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms were huge, full facilities with a bedroom, full closet, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The staff was very helpful booking us taxi's when necessary and we are a cooked breakfast every morning at the restaurant. As my first trip to Eastern Europe I wasn't sure how good the facilities of the hotels...

Great experience. Very nice view of the river from the water-side rooms. Quiet, peaceful, safe, clean. the staff are terrific. 10 minute walk to Metro, 3 stops from center of city. Taxi service good and inexpensive. Negatives: 1. room to room sounds. 2. the restaurant, which does not belong to the hotel, is overpriced and has menus only in Russian and English (and none in Ukrainian), and the staff of the restaurant seems reluctant to respond to customers in Ukrainian.

The hotel, the staff, the atmosphere could not have been better. All of the front desk girls could not have been nicer, or more helpful for me. I do not speak the language but they were ready everyday to help with Taxi and directions. Upon my departure which was very, very early they even set up the taxi at 3:30am and had a box lunch for me. The front desk girl even made me a cup of coffee while I waited for my taxi.

It was close to the US Embassy, perfect for my needs. I highly recommend it.

Amazing place to stay! Perfect location in the historic old center of the city, great ammunitions and room is very clean. A great breakfast every morning is included as well. There are so many places of interest to see, public transportation is near by, endless amount of the great restaurants are located around. As a bonus area around is so picturesque and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

This apartment hotel is in a great location. Located at a hill and there are many restaurants right at the bottom of the hill which is around 10 mins walk and the walk is very nice. The unit itself is space efficient and has everything described. The host is very responsive and friendly. We slept very well there and value is great. We would highly recommend this place to everyone staying in Kyiv!

Considering the apartments are in the midst of an ongoing war, it is impressive to see how the gated community has adapted to enforce curfew, have excellent facilities, restaurants and playgrounds on site. Great apartment, excellent shower, TV, comfy bed, washing machine, kettle all you need!
