Ejisu Municipal District Hotels

I really enjoyed my stay at The Haven. The aesthetics of the property is remarkable. The interior design signified opulence and comfort. The owner and staff paid special attention to every detail and catered to my every need during my stay. The cleanliness overall is impeccable; and the nature, landscaping, and peacocks offered an appeal of luxury and a great deal of serenity. The property has an exclusive touch which made me feel safe and secure. The Haven also accommodated me with things...

I like the outdoor space. It was very clean and open. It's a nice hotel but our room was a little dated. Nothing bad. Just need a fresh coat of paint and newer accessories like curtains or blinds. The place was clean and safe. There's always someone at the gate. The neighborhood was somewhat walkable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The distance from the city center is not accurate. It seems further than what is listed because it took us 30-40 minutes to get to Kejetia market. Overall,...

Great stay at Frederick’s Lodge in Kumasi. Propert is clean, safe and well maintained. The best however was the service of the kind and attentive staff. I particularly appreciated the extra efforts of Kathryn, Emanual and Francis. Many thanks. We’ll be back.

Wonderful staff who go out of their way to assist and make your stay comfortable. Clean spacious rooms. WiFi was available in the room but my connection was best in the reception area. Linens need refreshing and breakfast choices are limited. Great deal for the price and we will definitely stay here on our next visit to Kumasi.

The service was excellent. It was very clean and always willing to help. They have great care of staff. I will definitely use it again.

Great

It's okay Frank was very helpful and I thank him personally

My stay was excellent. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything was seamless — thanks in large part to the amazing front desk manager, Eunice. Eunice is truly a gem. Her warm smile, welcoming attitude, and genuine dedication to making guests feel comfortable set the tone for my entire stay. She handled my check-in with outstanding professionalism, ensuring I had everything I needed and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Throughout my stay, she...

The property is in a very good location. The hotel is very clean with nice amenities and the service is great. I shall be staying here again and will recommend it to many.

The place is clean and quiet. I stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed every moment

Great service and great food. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Only 1 towel in the room...

The Room was Spotless ... Incredible Service, Warm, Kind, Helpful Staff! They will go the EXTRA mile for You!!! I did not arrive via the airport. I arrived via a VIP bus from Accra, and the staff made sure I was completely comfortable. They messaged Me along my journey and they STILL picked me up from the Bus terminal. Even the little things ... I left my fingernail clippers back in the States, and a member of the staff Literally went and bought me some fingernail clippers one morning! It may...

This is one of the nicest place in Kumasi. Rose was very helpful. It right in the middle of the city, My kids loved the place.I will surely book on my next visit.

Clean environment, courteous staff. We felt safe 24 hr security personnel. Quiet community. We only didn’t have hot water the whole 30 days stay and that was uncomfortable, we didn’t take a shower for once. We had to boil water in a kettle every day between 5 of us wasn’t an easy task at all.

This property is clean, secure, and in the perfect location. Mr. Baffour is very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. A great find in Kumasi.
