Ruhondo Beach Resort is a beautiful place that requires a boat ride to get to. I stayed in an Executive Tent, which had a queen size mattress, light, electrical plug, and WiFi. The lake is a beautiful setting with many water birds, and spectacular views of the volcanoes!

The room was very clean with a lovely mix of cottage style and modern feel.

The property is well maintained and conveniently located just a short walk from the Musanze bus terminal. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The food prepared by the guest house cook was excellent! Our only concern was the lack of hot water in the shower, but that may have been due to the fact that we didn't know to plug in the water heater.

This was one of the most incredible experiences I have ever had. The staff was unmatched, so friendly and kind. The food was delicious and so well curated. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE MORE! Completely stunning both the place and the people!

The staff are responsive and kind, the grounds are lovely, and the rooms were nice.

We had a nice short stay. The staff was very welcoming and friemdly

Todo estuvo excelente, la atencion, el desayuno, muy buena experiencia

Clean room and great staff. Breakfast was amazing and location was A+

The staff is very friendly. The place is clean. David and Vanesa at the front desk are awesome. The food service (when you place your order and wait for the time to get served) is slow.

.

I like that the apartment is not downtown. I could easily walk to the local shops and restaurants. Public transport to town is easily available. The place is nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Thank you

Friendly, clean and in a great place in the city.

Clean and comfy rooms. Nice and tasty breakfast. Delicious restaurant on site. Gorgeous location with tree lined street. Nice gym on site. Water and tea kettle in room. Soap & shampoo provided.

Been here a few times and enjoyed. Great staff. Good internet and breakfast.

This hotel was beautiful, the service excellent, and the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. This is a historical hotel which was a victim/and witness to the genocide of 1994. And yet they have carried on and risen above the horrific events of that time; and have turned this hotel into the beautiful place it is. There is a plaque at the front of the hotel commemorating the hotel staff that had been killed during this time of genocide. God bless these people for their...

I’d stay here again in a heartbeat, especially if you’re coming to Rwanda for gorilla trekking. The staff were truly outstanding and went above and beyond throughout my entire stay. Everyone was incredibly warm, helpful, flexible, and genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. One of the best touches was coming back after a long day of trekking and having them offer to wash my hiking boots, clean my feet, and give me a foot massage. After hours on the...

Good and comfortable stay. Recommend it when in Kigali
