Wonderful 2 weeks spent at Cabanas El Cielito. The staff was fantastic. They tried their best to provide everything we needed during our stay, even though our Spanish was very limited. A very special thanks to Fatima in the restaurant/bar for going above and beyond in helping us (she helped so much with the language). The food was excellent. All the staff was helpful and was always smiling. Beautiful piece of property.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Xinalani. The rooms and public spaces were beautiful. The food was outstanding. The service was kind and attentive. I have been visiting Puerto Vallarta for years but this was the best trip. Being on a secluded private beach and watching all the wildlife was fantastic. The daily yoga class is not to be missed. Nearby is a fun walk to a waterfall, a small town to wander, and a longer hike to other beaches.

Such a hidden gem. This place is more than a stay. It's an experience. Things to note are that you have to take a small boat to reach the property so pack light. The nature and beach are beautiful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the perfect blend of shelter and being one with nature. The restaurant on site is superb with quality organic ingredients that create art on a plate. Staff is friendly, approachable and super helpful. Can't wait to come back.

We were able to move to a quieter room thanks to manager Raul. Construction still going on. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the access to the gym as I am recuperating from surgery and must exercise. The breakfast service was nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea a nice perk. Carlos at front desk very helpful too.

This is easily one of my favorite trips to mexico. Veronica at the front desk, the housekeeping staff, as well as the servers, were all beyond amazing. I had the villa, which felt like literally, I was living in a one bedroom villa, and it was magical. I can't wait to go back.

One of the best hotels ive stayed at. Not alot of breakfast places in the area open, so id recommend getting the breakfast deal.

This was an great option for our family with two younger kids. Staff was very attentive and clearly prioritized the guest experience. Beach and pool areas were outstanding and didn’t feel overly crowded, even though we were there over spring break. Overall, a wonderful experience and hope to return again in the future.

My wife and I got the "Panoramic Ocean Balcony Junior Suite" and it was definitely worth the price at $133USD/night (we stayed 2026/09/05-2026/09/11... exchange rate roughly 17MXN/1USD). Cold room, TV, Wifi, cleaned daily, working shower/toilet. Less than 20 meters to the beach. Nice little pool overlooking the beach with a restaurant/Wifi. Really friendly/attentive staff. Tons of awesome bars/restaurants within walking distance.

We chose Marival for our honeymoon and couldn’t be happier with this decision! You will always see mixed reviews for all-inclusives, but this place is so beautiful, relaxing, has amazing food, and most of all - hard-working, thoughtful staff! I've stayed at Villa La Estancia twice now and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The entire staff treats you like royalty and there isn't anything they won't do for you. For those that workout, there is a really nice gym (no charge). The spa is AMAZING. The pool area is huge and boasts two pretty good size pools. There is a swim-up bar and many more. If you are staying for a long period of time, their sister hotel next door (Flamingo) is within walking distance so you can dine there as well...

My wife and I go to somewhere in Mexico for 6 nights almost every other month. We usually stay at all inclusive resorts (Riu), but this time we decided to change it up and try a condo vacation. The customer service imakes you want to come back the staff goes above and beyond I would totally recommend this hotel the food was better than good . We got the VIP wristbands and they are totally worth it . I can’t say enough good things about this place .
