"Extra clean and friendly hotel. Tasty breakfast and dinner buffet with lots of different things. Hotel rooms were quite plain. we bought flowers to make it little more cozy. Also missed better bathroom things. Bathrobes were nice. Pool area very pleasant but towels could be more comfortable. Everything very beige. We did not know that the marvelous UP terrace was not included to our hotel price."

hot tub. Amazing views from sun bathing area. Staff very friendly, breakfast buffet good. We booked bed and breakfast but were disappointed with the lack of restaurants in the area that were walkable. Only a few nice ones we found. So the hotel is remote so just go with that in mind but we were more than happy to just stay in the hotel for the vast majority of our stay because we needed a total R and R holiday. We certainly got that."

"Lovely hotel, the staff were amazing from reception and bar staff to cleaners and gardeners always polite and had a smile. Very helpful and accompanying. Hotel room was very large with super king bed jacuzzi bath we didn’t use but had glass walls into bedroom, that can be covered with sliding panels. Big balcony which we booked as partial sea view we had an amazing sea view AND pool views. The pools were great from paddling and chilling to deep pools. Food was lovely with a good selection."

"Don't get me wrong, the hotel is nice, rooms are clean and the pool is also nice. Never the less the hotel also shows its age and it is a mass tourist hotel, not recommended for individual travel. The buffet etc is really made for mass tourism, quantity before quality. Everything is charged (e.g. a bottle of water is charged, even thought you are not allowed to drink the water in the hotel room. What is also noticeable is that we paid for 5 nights (with a good discount) as much as most other...

"The hotel reflects the pictures, which is not always the case when you book online. Distance to airport is 15 mins. Area is not busy or full of tourists at all, this is the only resort in the area and it was mostly adult couples. There is a supermarket and some restaurants close by, the beach is very close. Gym is very good, the 2 pools and 3 jacuzzis were great, one of the pools is heated. The staff are friendly, there is a wellness activity daily from yoga, pilates, thaichi and mindfulness...

"The location and the breakfast are fantastic. The team will make all they can to make your stay the best as they can. (thanks to Deil, Antonio, and others). The clean, sandy beach is just outside of the hotel. Go early and take the right side- it's less crowded and the waves are calmer. By the hotel, you will find huge amount of restaurants and shops, and it was very safe to walk around. Don't miss the sunset by the Starbucks' beach. Last thing: don't miss the spa

"It was nice staying at the hotel, but there was limited staff and not enough warning about restaurants and shops being closed on Sunday, including food delivery. The hotel accommodation was pleasant, but the hotel was isolated and the entrance caused problems for taxi hire. The one-way road was inconvenient and the room was near a noisy main road, so ear-plugs were an essential travel item. The pool area was nice, clean and relaxing
