The staff is very friendly, and responsive New bartender (Hugo I believe) is one of the best bartenders I’ve witnessed, pours passion into every cocktail. The location is beautiful and pictures don’t do it justice. Breakfast is delicious and they offer fair pricing for their dinners. Spa is very serene, and heated pool with access to fresh mountain air is a joy to experience.
Browsing the hotels in the Dolomites was a little daunting at first, there were so many cool looking places, and we decided to go with the Olympic Spa Hotel because of the ratings on here and we are forever grateful for that decision we made.

This is the most amazing hotel we’ve ever stayed in Europe. Fabulous new renovation. Large rooms, shower and plenty of storage. Very quiet. The staff was awesome and very helpful about options for trips outside of the city. Lovely, lovely, lovely. Can’t recommend enough!

She took the time to give a tour of the facilities and walked us to our room. The gentleman who brought our luggage from the car and parked was super pleasant and professional. We had a fantastic three night stay at the Adler and totally loved our experience. All aspects of this hotel were fabulous and well worth the money. The spa was incredible with options for specialty services such as massages, mud baths, and salt grottos that were most enjoyable. The pools and outdoor saunas were also relaxing. That hotel exceeded all our expectations. The stuff was hospitable and responsive. The room was great, everything was new and clean. I've never seen so good breakfast (even in the hotels with much bigger price range). Highly recommended!
