We had a great experience at the Elounda Hotel & Villas! We would highly recommend the seaview villas, which are right on the water, with a large deck overlooking the beautiful Meditaranean! They are a bit more pricey, but definitely worth it. The staff was terrific. They were all very friendly, spoke great English, remembered our names, and our drink preferences, and were very accommodating with any and all requests. The semi private pool by the room made very relaxing.

We needed a last minute place to stay after my son broke his foot and we needed a place with an elevator, we booked late at night and the wonderful lady at the front desk was so kind and got us in a room even though there was an issue with our booking. Our room was clean and had a great view of the water. The location is close to restaurants and shopping and the beach. Everyone was very helpful and kind during this time that was difficult while on our vacation.

Very good, clean hotel with great staff that is ready to help at all times. There is no access to a beach from the hotel and some of the private pools are very close to the road but you should still be able to enjoy it. Great breakfast.

Stayed 3 days in October at this exceptional hotel. There are many options for sun beds at the pool or beach in the sun or shade and never a problem to find one available. Our room was spacious and had a nice large balcony with seaview which I think they upgraded us. We went with the meal plan of buffet breakfast and dinners in which there was a big selection to suit everyone. Many families with young children stayed while we were here so at times, the buffets were quite busy but always enough...

The staff here is so friendly. The pools were great and the location is perfect... Not too far off the major highway and walking distance to my favorite little town on the island, Sisi (tons of restaurant and shopping).

I should like very much like to visit again. Stairs, no lift, but I managed. breakfast was the usual modern boring buffet, with weak coffee, but satisfying. Dinner, on the other hand, was fantastic, with plenty of choices. Wish I had booked for more than two days.....hope to be back some time.

What an amazing place to stay! An excellent property. The hostess is sensitive to needs, and hospitable. It is a quiet place with an amazing view of the lake. Highly recommended property right in the midst of all the action in Agios Nikolaus. Restaurants and shopping right outside the door.
