Yangsong, Leela, always went over and above to help. Shiva, the head of food and beverage, the deputy front desk manager who arranged our taxi, even the GM, all so approachable! "Lovely location amongst lush green gardens. Staff were great, especially the restaurant team, who made us feel at home. Loved afternoon tea, watching the sunset at the lakeside. Trips from the hotel are pricey, but we walked to the bridge and jumped on boats to explore the lake and backwaters. "
