Some things we really enjoyed about our experience here: the location is excellent for access to the whole city (it’s within walking distance of the Duomo, Galleria, and the castle); the air conditioning was great after we spoke to the front desk and they helped us cool the room down; the complimentary breakfast and daily free drink for apertivo was delightful; the room was quite large for a city hotel and the bathroom was an excellent size."

"The Hotel dei Cavalieri was in the historic district which was a great location for many walk about activities. But if you need a taxi, the front desk has an efficient and easy system to provide a taxi in less than five minutes, along with the name of the taxi service picking you up so you can identify your driver just like Uber. Our room was excellent (located on the 7th Floor) - comfortable, quiet and clean. I celebrated my birthday on the rooftop terrace and received splendid service. You do need to make a reservation especially if the weather is good. It was a lovely experience all around and I would definitely stay again."
