Town not overrun with tourists, making it a joy to dine with local families. Hotel is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Nice clean place with very responsive staff. They were extremely helpful via WhatsApp as I was arriving with a late check in. Cute location, free packing down the block, no issues. Clean room with good working AC. Bathroom was a little run down but completely adequate condition for the price of the room. very nice view from the top balcony off the communal kitchen, you can see the lighthouse. Great value stay, would come again if stopping in the area.
Absolutely stunning views, friendly staff, wonderful food. The room furniture was a little dated, in need of a little upgrade, but we spent so little time there. The lobby, dining and breakfast areas were lovely and the view of the sunset on the river breathtaking.
This is a beautiful hotel with extremely kind and helpful staff, and great amenities. We were able to get a ride to the beach every day in the property’s “Tuk Tuk”, and truly enjoyed the calm, warm waters. Bianca, on the front desk, helped us secure tee times, and transportation. The restaurant was also outstanding, and the included breakfast was excellent. We would definitely recommend this luxurious property to all of our friends, and hope to return some day!
The hotel is very good and facing the beach. Some points to improve: very bad wi if in the rooms. The signal is very bad and keeps going and coming. The dust bins in the social areas should be emptied more often. And the "happy hour" at the pool bar is innappropriate.
All the staff is very nice and helpful.
The staff was excellent! The room was large & clean. The pool was clean but awkward to get to. The elevator/lift was very small. Room service was good but slow. Would definitely stay again!!
