"Lovely staff, but the owners need to invest some cash into the upkeep of the place. Restaurant was closed in the evening probably because we were 1 of 3 couples staying there. Breakfast was very basic. Wardrobe was broken. Most lights weren't working. Water pressure had to turned up manually in the afternoon. We booked and paid for 6 nights in advance, but left after 2 for an alternative hotel. Would have left earlier if the staff weren't so nice. Its cheap for a reason."

L hôtel était super ! Une vue époustouflante et de belles randonnées aux alentours. Le personnel qui nous a servi ou accueilli était serviable et la langue anglaise acquise appréciable car le français n est pas langue courante au cap vert.
Petit bémol pour la piscine qui n est pas filtrée mais cela ne nous empêche absolument pas de nous baigner.

This hotel is a gem. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the property is well put together. It felt at home for the few days I was there. It is centrally located and safe. Breakfast was good and the areas to lounge and have a cocktaiI are warm and inviting. I would definitely return.
The room was very clean. Perhaps a bit dated and in need of a fresh coat of paint. Other rooms were getting renovated. The room was spacious. AC worked well, internet worked well. Breakfast was good, but not really ready by 7am. It's all on island time!
