The host and property were welcoming and ready to accommodate our stay. A taxi driver was arranged in order to navigate our way around the island. Breakfast was copiously prepared as requested and minor details throughout the trip were cared for. Thank you to the hots!

I booked this stay to surprise my partner for his birthday. I had several special requests that I made for our restaurant reservation as well as our room set-up and the response every time was “of course no problem”. I was consistently impressed with the personal attention we were given as guests for our short stay. The general experience was quite good, the hotel menu selection was ok. and service quite good. The public transportation was quite easy and accessible. . However,there was a misunderstanding on the package booked. Although my party consists of (4) four person, however, the breakfast was only available to (1) one person. This was not made clear when the booking was made. we discovered this the day we checked in.. This was very dissappointing ..

We've been coming to Divi Southwinds for 28 years ... location, location, location ... property well groomed ... rooms clean and comfortable ... staff is always helpful ... new restaurant on water is lovely ... menu good, food prep great but slow, presentation excellent, quality fresh, servers attentive, pricing in line ... all the ammenities for a great family vacation ..

I really loved this place. The hotel, beach, and staff were all beautiful. I am planning another trip here in August.

From the airport pickup to Tameka setting me up in a Fantastic room that has everything one could need, from Ricardo being the utmost professional gentleman and best security to make me feel safe secure and comfortable.. it's a gem, it's quiet & peaceful and if your looking for the noise & crowds Just walk down to the gap, market and bus stops near & it's really a perfect spot to rest, relax, eat, swim in blue waters. Btw Melissa can make you the best piña colada you've ever had.! I can't wait...

I loved how clean and conveniently located it was to everything

Dorothy and Mel were absolutely wonderful! Apon arrival we were greeted with ice cold wash cloths, beers, water, 6 eggs, butter, bread and waters! We onlybstayed one night but the communication was super speedy and we had everything we needed!

It felt like home away from home. The owner was very helpful and have us a taxi to do the important stuff. I didn’t regret picking this place I spent 7 days there. And I’ll definitely be back again

A well-maintained property with clean rooms, great pool and a very nice beach, with helpful staff that are happy to set up sun beds with towels and shade. There is drink service at the beach although a bit slow. However, there is cold drinking water available via self-serve all the time. One important tip - the beach is divided into three by barrier rocks. Of the three sections, the one furthest away from the towel cabana has best ocean floor - with almost no rocks. Very nice

Very small for a Fairmont but very nice property with all 72 rooms facing the sea. Everything you could want is on the property. Only challenge is that, for those who must roam, you must walk a bit to town, take a very convenient and inexpensive public bus, or taxi if you don't have a rental car. Staff was the most pleasant and accommodating I have ever encountered.

This resort made our trip. We stayed for a week in late September 2015 to celebrate a major birthday. The Colony Club upgraded our room (probably possible only because it was off-season), and started our vacation off right with delicious rum punches and a bottle of champagne. And it just got even better from there. The resort and the island are incredibly beautiful.
