"Loved our stay at Dusit. Their infinity pool + beach options were definitely the highlight. There’s also enough dining options. I just wish their management would train ALL Dusit Thani staff to treat all guests with equal respect and care for all regardless of the nationality. We are a Filipino family, migrated to the US, and on vacation after almost 9 years of being away. The first night we checked in my husband went to the spa for a massage. The girl looked at him from head to toe and asked “gikan paka sa gawas sir”, “nag check in ka diri sir”. Murag di siya katuo nga naka afford mig check in. Haha! It was quite funny but definitely insulting. Another incident too the following day. Please Dusit, let’s refrain from this toxic culture of Filipinos degrading kapwa pinoy. We were from a different hotel in Cebu and grabe macompare jud nako ang contrast sa service. You have beautiful resort but the problem is from your own staff. Murag wa sila maanad naay mga Filipinos, ingon ana ilang serbisyo. We just let it go, I’ll mention it instead in my review. We’re still satisfied with our booking and experience. Hopefully your management will definitely read this. Please don’t forget Dusit, you’re still in Cebu soil, Lapu-lapu mismo. So please treat everybody fairly. All smiles jud and be compassionate and helpful. "

" The Atmosphere The lobby is a standout—vibrant, colorful, and beautifully decorated. It strikes that rare balance of feeling sophisticated while remaining incredibly warm and welcoming. That same sense of comfort carries right into the cozy guest rooms. Service & Location Efficiency is clearly a priority here; the attentive staff had me checked in and in my room within minutes. We return to this hotel every single year because the location is unbeatable for its convenience to the International Airport. The Highlights * The Food: Breakfast is easily the highlight of the stay! The buffet is a delicious showcase of authentic Filipino cuisine made with fresh, local ingredients. * The Hospitality: It’s rare to find a place that balances modern style with such genuine, heartfelt hospitality. The Verdict: This has become our go-to annual stay. For a seamless blend of convenience and charm, I can’t recommend it enough. We’ll definitely be back! "

"This is a truly amazing hotel! There is 24/7 security, they screen guests and visitors well, 2 friendly front desk staff at all times. 5 maids clean your room in 5-10 minutes tops and you get 2 bottles of water and 2 rolls of toilet paper daily. The hot water and wifi work perfectly. The neighborhood is very calm and safe aswell. Grabs had no problem finding me."
