Staff was great and I would go back. Looked like the pictures and they had amenities like washer/dryer on site. Set up a taxi for me to the airport and had a night person in case of anything.

Very good te Parque Hotel Secotel. The staff always ready to help with every thing you can need. Breakfast a must and the restaurant wonderfull. The sorroundings very safe and clean. There is a bus station just 2 Blocks from the Hotel. The best choise cuality-price.

Staff very very helpful with storing our luggage and helping us get around the city on buses. Also arranged early morning taxi to airport!! Thank you so much for a short but lovely stay!

Great location, right next to the cathedral, walking distance to stores and restaurant. Friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms are clean and updated. Really enjoyed our stayed at Masanet Hotel.

La réceptionniste est très bienveillante accueillante, respectueuse et surtout très élégante et belle 😁😁😁. C’est dommage que l’on n’a pas pu faire de spa car il fallait réserver en avance et notre bateau partait très tôt le lendemain, on a tout de même profiter du jacuzzi. L’hôtel est situé à 3 min à pieds des plages , restaurants et boutiques à prix abordables et raisonnable. Un parking est situé à 3 min à pieds de l’hôtel et j’ai payé 8€ pour 24h . Sa vaut vraiment le coup pour garder...

Hotel was very nice with all the needed amenities. The adult pool was great. The hotel was close to the Yumbo center which had great night life.

Very relaxing stay with excellent staff. Our food was fabulous, we did not lack anything. The staff was very receptive to our needs. The pools were fun and the optional spa was grand. We will return again next year.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay. We paid for the lavish breakfast buffet and recommend it. The room was spacious and clean and we had a view of the ocean. The only thing that was difficult was getting access to a chaise in the sun near the pool. They were scarce and it was competitive to claim one! Good service in all areas. Always smiling, welcoming and knowledgeable hosts and serving staff. The employees who are responsible for the miniclub etc. deserve a particularly high praise. Unfortunately, there were quite frequent outages on our room TV, but it was tolerable. In the rooms on the 1st floor, the view is unfortunately very disturbed by safety nets in relation to the rocks.

Everyone is hard working and professional, polite. Breakfast is amazing with so many choices. Great bars, poolside. WiFi was intermittent for 3 days, they did their best! Highly, highly recommend!!!! Gran Canaria did not disappoint!!! Will miss island and hotel!!

The Casario was one of the best I have stayed at in a long while. The staff was exceptional . Food excellent, value very good, nightly entertainment great. Sauna great. Oh, did I happen to say that the staff all were AMAZING!!! Thanks Casario see you again soon
