Really nice hotel. Nice room. Good location. Lovely breakfast and lounge area on rooftop. Highly recommended.

Staff was great and I would go back. Looked like the pictures and they had amenities like washer/dryer on site. Set up a taxi for me to the airport and had a night person in case of anything.

Perfect weather for cycling. If you want a swimming vacation go to the usvi. They have a great outdoor and indoor pool. Outdoor is 25 degrees C and indoor 35 C. Wonderful steam room and sauna. Great time.

Great Hotel! We enjoyed the room, the pools, one of the better gyms offered at any hotel we've stayed in, and the proximity to the beach and restaurants was very convenient.

This resort was great! We asked for the buffet breakfast only and it was great with tables and tables of foods to choose from! We dined at the other available restaurants for dinners in the resort most of the time and found them to be wonderful as well. We asked for a balcony with a sea view that we thoroughly enjoyed. There is no complementary transportation to the airport so we rented a car and found getting around the island was easy and touring by car over the mountains was much...

The staff was extremely helpful from our arrival to departure. Everyone was pleasant to interact with, and the grounds were very well kept.

Great location, right next to the cathedral, walking distance to stores and restaurant. Friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms are clean and updated. Really enjoyed our stayed at Masanet Hotel.

La réceptionniste est très bienveillante accueillante, respectueuse et surtout très élégante et belle 😁😁😁. C’est dommage que l’on n’a pas pu faire de spa car il fallait réserver en avance et notre bateau partait très tôt le lendemain, on a tout de même profiter du jacuzzi. L’hôtel est situé à 3 min à pieds des plages , restaurants et boutiques à prix abordables et raisonnable. Un parking est situé à 3 min à pieds de l’hôtel et j’ai payé 8€ pour 24h . Sa vaut vraiment le coup pour garder...

I enjoyed my stay here, even though it was very short. Just to sleep before an early morning flight. I really appreciated how they assisted me in arranging a taxi to the airport the night before my flight. And, since I’d be missing the included breakfast, they packed me a bagged breakfast/lunch of donuts, a sandwich, an apple, and a bottle of water. Very kind of them and exceptional customer service. Very convenient close to the beach, restaurants and parking garage. Personally, I wouldn’t stay in the hotel like in Laspalomas.

We loved the hotel, although the food was a bit disapointing.

Stayed here for the second time and loved every minute of it. This time I picked the half board that included both breakfast and dinner buffets and would highly recommend this option. The buffet food changed every day and was better than most restaurants outside. Staff treated us amazing.
