Great Hotel! We enjoyed the room, the pools, one of the better gyms offered at any hotel we've stayed in, and the proximity to the beach and restaurants was very convenient.

Very elegant, friendly, and well mannered. I will definitely have to go back for a second time and only to this hotel because I felt so comfort. Not only that, but it was close to the beach and strip mall where I felt safe. Great food at the hotel and surrounding beach front resturants.

This resort was great! We asked for the buffet breakfast only and it was great with tables and tables of foods to choose from! We dined at the other available restaurants for dinners in the resort most of the time and found them to be wonderful as well. We asked for a balcony with a sea view that we thoroughly enjoyed. Great stay overall

A great 5 star hotel in a magical destination. The hotel is in a great position near the dunes and we were in ocean view room. The room was modern and large with a great bathroom. The balcony had an amazing view and is very quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Especially at the pool bar, the buffet and at reception. My family and I went here for spring break, the weather was amazing and the beach was within a 10 minute walk. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at! Love the activities in the evening and the breakfast buffet was amazing! Absolutely recommended again!

It was great but they needed more staff

Great location, right next to the cathedral, walking distance to stores and restaurant. Friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms are clean and updated. Really enjoyed our stayed at Masanet Hotel.

La réceptionniste est très bienveillante accueillante, respectueuse et surtout très élégante et belle 😁😁😁. C’est dommage que l’on n’a pas pu faire de spa car il fallait réserver en avance et notre bateau partait très tôt le lendemain, on a tout de même profiter du jacuzzi. L’hôtel est situé à 3 min à pieds des plages , restaurants et boutiques à prix abordables et raisonnable. Un parking est situé à 3 min à pieds de l’hôtel et j’ai payé 8€ pour 24h . I enjoyed my stay here, even though it was very short. Just to sleep before an early morning flight. I really appreciated how they assisted me in arranging a taxi to the airport the night before my flight. And, since I’d be missing the included breakfast, they packed me a bagged breakfast/lunch of donuts, a sandwich, an apple, and a bottle of water. Very kind of them and exceptional customer service.
