You can't drive to Hotel when coming from International airports, Google stated 4hr drive - when talking to Hotel friendly staff they said the actual drive would take approx 10hr or more. So when booking take in mind you have to fly by air to a Local Air Strip - SEU Serengeti / "Seronera". There is a few companies that do commercial local flight and only fly when daylight outside they DON'T fly at night (Coastal Aviation/Regional Air Services/Auric Air /ZanAir and maybe few more).

Recently opened luxury tented camp, Very nicely appointed and decorated tents. “Resident” wild buffalo come over to visit camp at night. Service is very good and attention to detail is fabulous . The camp currently does not provide game drives, so it is important to have your own car with a driver in order to go on safari

The property is situated in a beautiful location where you can watch sunrise from your bed and hear lions roaring in the early morning.

Great place to stop over on your way in or out of the Serengeti. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. I had made a mistake with my booking but they still honoured it.

Amazing don't actually capture how wonderfully this place is. My room was very spacious and clean. It had all the amenities you will find on a luxurious hotel in a big city. The lodge is perched on a hillside overlooking a huge and gorgeous valley. I can lounge on my patio seats all day looking at the valley. Breakfast needs a bit of improvement, but lunch and dinner offerings were quite delicious. Those guys will feed you to death if you let them. I definitely recommends this wonderfully...

Spending two nights at Kananga Special Tented Camp was the most incredible experience. Waking up in the Serengeti and seeing the sun start to rise was so special. My daughter and I did a self drive and the tips given to us by the managers John Shana and Mohamed were very useful.
