Es riecht alles voll nach Zigaretten, ich musste mit offenen Fenstern schlafen (Frühling fängt erst an, also wir haben noch kaltes Wetter abends!). Das Badezimmer war ok!"

The hotel and staff were wonderful. We had the best breakfast during our trip here, and the ladies working the breakfast dining room were the nicest and most attentive we have had in a long time. Too bad we didn't have time to enjoy the rooftop terrace.

Very nice hotel in a Graz Messe, which is a little outside city center but retail and restaurant options were available around the hotel, and Graz is a very walkable and bikeable city with many transit options. Hotel staff were very friendly and allowed us to stay parked for a few additional hours after check out so we could explore the city more.

An hour after we left, my wife realised that she had left her e-reader under her pillow. Receptionist said: I'll go to the room right now and phone you back. Four minutes later, she phoned to say it was now safe at reception and collect anytime.
