Whenever I travel through Fougeres I always stay at the Brit. The management is always friendly and accommodating!

Séjour d’une nuit, au top, chambre moderne, propre et spacieuse. On y dort bien et la chambre est bien isolée. Personnel très agréable.

Excellent wifi. Free parking just across the street. Exceptionally clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. Very few restaurants nearby but there is a Carrefour not too far away (by car) and a farmer's market just out front (on Tuesday mornings). Overall, an excellent hotel.

We spent 3 days in the "cowshed" room at Le Bois Gautier. The accommodation was very spacious with a full kitchen and a large bedroom and bathroom upstairs. We received a warm welcome from the new owner Bill who had prepared a log fire for our arrival, this made the accommodation very cosy and was a great touch. Bill had also brought some snacks/breakfast for us. The place was gorgeous, and very quiet, being in the middle of the countryside. It is located about 30 min drive from the scenic town...

As an American in a foriegn country, there are challenges with languages and services. We're spoiled here in the US. Big gyms, ice machines on every floor, etc. FIrst person I encountered spoke English well, room was made up every day and overall stay was enjoyable. Entering building from other than the main doors only negative. Will definitely return when staying in the area.

Excellent location

What an amazing place. Calm, quiet, and french air are the top things that come to mind. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious. I only wish we had time to walk by the river or try out the beautiful pool. We'll be coming back here soon.

We had a wonderful one‑night stay at Les Escales de Marion. The rooms were perfect—clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after a long day of exploring Mont Saint Michel. Marion was an exceptional host, incredibly attentive and genuinely committed to making sure we enjoyed our stay. She even took us out to the pasture to visit her horses, which was such a charming and memorable touch. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with fresh croissants, jams, coffee, and freshly squeezed juice....

I got good prices with this hotel. It was very clean and spacious. I recommend this hotel for travelers to stay overnight before heading to Mont Saint-Michel in the morning.
