"The single room is really small. It’s basically a walk-in closet with a bathroom with very little space to move about. After three nights, I switched to a double room with a view of the street, which was much better but definitely would be tight for two people. They are strict with the check-out time. I asked and the owner said it would be 35euros to stay an extra hours, faulted the cleaners. The best part is the location. It’s walkable to notre dame, and the Louvre. It’s just an average hotel with a quirky interior. There isn’t a frig in the "

"This is a great place to stay, right in the heart of Paris. My wife and I just returned from a week long stay at Rayz Eiffel and loved the hotel's charm and thoughtful amenities. Everyone at Rayz was helpful and friendly, and the views from the rooftop patio can't be beat! Our balcony room offered city views and fresh air, and the room was welcoming to come home to after a long day of walking around the city. We'd stay at Rayz Eiffel next time we're in Paris, highly recommend to others looking to book a hotel in the 7th!"

"The property is ideally located. Which is what you pay for, breakfast is small but it is nice. The staff were really helpful in terms of taxis, shops, leaving our bags after we checked out. The AC did not work, and the room was hot, not ideal when trying to sleep. "

"The check-in process a CitizenM is super quick and I have always had a room ready no matter what time I have arrived. This is unusual in Paris! The staff is exceptional: friendly, helpful, will accompany you to your room if needed, and perhaps most importantly, exhibit teamwork as it is supposed to be. Location of this is also perfect as there is a little covered passageway or gallery that takes you from Hall 1 of Gare du Nord to the hotel. This is super convenient if it is raining! There is not need to purchase breakfast at this hotel as in Paris there are options if on a budget that are available everywhere. I have stayed here 3 times. The hotel is older each time but wear seems managed and it remains a 4 star experience for we who prefer clean, simple, efficient, and upbeat."
