"Lovely room -quiet & spacious. Staff very friendly in the bar & restaurant. Bathroom very cold in room 209 - suggest staying away from this lovely room in the winter!"

"All good with room but huge delays with food - told 35 mins ended up being around 75 minutes so quite disappointing and was 10.30pm by time we finished eating, after sitting down at table around 8.45pm. Admittedly it was Christmas and they had a few parties for Xmas but nontheless still disappointing. Food was good but delays and lack of comms disappointing "

"The hotel was busy with Christmas parties but we were welcomed and made to feel like valued guests by all the staff. Lovely room with a decking area for our dog and 5 star cleanliness. "

"Lovely hotel and staff. We were upgraded to a suite and it was lovely. Warm and the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Huge bathroom with toiletries. Tea & Coffee etc. Great stay & we will return soon x"

"Room was lovely and clean and spacious. Reception staff (Simoneau I think the gentleman’s name was) was friendly, polite and welcoming. Good value stay in a convenient location for shopping. Parking was a 5min walk away. "
