Great location, very clean facility, and were extremely helpful.

We traveled to Switzerland for the first time and decided to stay here instead of Zurich because it was cheaper. It is far from all the touristy places but that made our stay more peaceful being away from all the crowds we rented a car so location wasn’t a huge problem for us since we just drove everywhere. Breakfast buffet was pretty good and convenient.

We had a fantastic room on the third floor with a view of the beautiful lake. The staff were extremely pleasant especially checking in and out. The breakfast was very good and so fresh. Tea and coffee plentiful as with croissants and all other quality breakfast items. The beds are super comfortable and room spacious. Will definitely be coming again.

Absolutely amazing stay. Didnt try out the spa but this was an amazing hotel. I believe it was a little slow so the staff upgraded me to a room that faced the lake. Breathtaking views. Anything in the mini fridge is free of charge and breakfast is included. All things that really matter when traveling in an expensive country. Would highly, highly recommend.

Had a nice stay, great location and the staff was very nice and accommodating! Will come back next time for ski season!

Beautiful lake view.

The main attraction of this hotel is the view. It is incredible and cannot be beat. Breakfast was nice also. Automated check in was easy but took me a few minutes to find notes about where to park. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful hotel right on the bank of the Zurich Lake. Unfortunately the hotel was still under construction so we couldn't get to use the outside restaurant - but nevertheless lovely hotel and would definitely stay again. The buffet breakfast is a must and the front desk was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend if you are going to Zurich!

The hotel is great. Rooms are big modern and clean, the view of the lake is fantastic , and the staff is excellent. It is however a bit of a walking and 15 min of public transport to go to Zurich so may not be the most convenient place to stay if you want to spend a lot of time in Zurich..

We were warmly welcomed by Sophia who was excellent in handling our check-in. We checked in bit late but nevertheless she was very helpful in giving us our keys very fast and guiding us to our room. We spent a very nice evening at their bar, ordered some food and then went to sleep. The room was excellent and is very spacious and the bathroom was very clean. A perfect combination if swiss hospitality and great location for practicality. Not a luxury hotel, but everything works nicely just like a swiss watch

The Dolder Grand is simply the finest hotel in which I’ve ever stayed. From staff service to the amenities of which there are many, to the accommodations themselves, the Dolder Grand is unmatched in quality by any standards.

The room was really spacious and had an awesome lake view. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They give you a free bus pass to use during your stay. You get on right out front and it takes you to the city center or train station in about 15 minutes. Very easy and convenient. After a day of sightseeing it was nice to come back to our room, make some hot tea, and slip into a cozy robe and slippers. The hotel manager and front desk team were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is beautifully located right in front of a stunning lake and majestic mountains. I accidentally left my computer in an Uber, and the hotel manager and team went above and beyond to help me recover it. I truly appreciated their patience, support, and warm hospitality. I feel so lucky to have stayed at this beautiful hotel, and I will definitely choose it again when I return to visit Lucerne.
