One of the nicest and friendly people you would meet. Bring out the old time French hospitality. Extremely friendly and courteous. What the facility lacked in terms of no air conditioning was made up by their helpfulness.

There’s nothing like a warm welcome and deeply curious staff, invested in their craft and your experience. We arrived to a beautiful hotel and a team that wanted to know about us, genuinely curious, led by the remarkable Francois who, once he learned that we were going to walk the Puy, shared an enthusiasm that was infectious. That the rooms are gorgeous is almost a given. They are. As are the pool and bar. Francois embodies grace. Wow.

The hotel more than met our expectations. Our family of 4 stayed in the room on the 4th floor and it had plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely hotel, with very nice staff and a great breakfast. We chose this hotel mainly because of location and it has parking, but the whole experience has been great. The person at the front desk was so helpful in recommending a restaurant on a Sunday evening too. We have travelled the world and this is one of our favorites overall.

This was a great hotel and we enjoyed it very much and would go back again. The dinner at the restaurant was the best of our French trip and we had some very good meals.

Best feature is proximity (within a few minutes of walking) to transportation (across the street express train to/from airport, metro station, high speed train station). There is a mall next to the hotel. We are not too crazy about the fast food restaurants there, but they are convenient for emergency situation. Family rooms with the drop down bunk beds were great for our family, kids loved them.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location with easy walking access to all major touristic sites, cafes, and restaurants. Highly recommend getting a superior room with the River view. We had a very pleasant stay & enjoyed talking to friendly & helpful staff. It’s also close to the St Paul Train station.
