The people at the reception desk were incredibly nice and polite. The breakfast was really good. The area is good also with a nearby town that has a lot of dining options. Just be aware there is a large deposit that you have to put on the room and a lot of rules such as cleaning the entire apartment before checking out or you will lose a portion of the deposit depending on what you didn’t do. The hotel is very convenient for skiing, being immediately across the street from the telecabine. It’s centrally located so exploring the town is also easy. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and some other bits of equipment are available upon request from the reception.

This hotel is an absolute gem! We felt so welcome. The hotel is beautifully maintained and the location ideal for day trips in the Pyrenees or just relaxing on the terrace. Breakfast is wonderful and we highly recommend having dinners at the hotel which are like a luxury restaurant with local seasonal ingredients right at your “home”. This is a special place - highly recommend.
