Good service

I was looking for a cheap place to spend the night but this was so much more than I expected. Friendly staff, filling breakfast, comfortable bed. Great experience.

Great hotel with amazing staff. Our room was clean & spacious. On site restaurant & bar were great with a wonderful variety of food and beverage options. Neat shops on the surrounding grounds for coffee, ice cream, hotel & local souvenirs which were very nice. Plenty of parking on site

The room was clean. The staff were friendly. The steak at dinner was awesome. They also had snacks and drinks that you could purchase at reasonable prices in the shop downstairs. Great view.

When we first arrived, I was not wowed by the lobby but our room was wonderful. It was updated and very clean. The cleaning crew went the extra mile. The breakfast was not the best. There was a waffle maker, which is good but that was about it. Coffee in the lobby was hot and fresh even in the evening when we got back to the hotel. Overall, we were very pleased. One thing that was a little strange is that the entrance to the hotel property is through the parking lot of an ice cream place....

I am a solo nurse traveling for work and I was greatly satisfied. They made check-in super easy, I was close to the building in a well lit area and felt very safe. My accommodation was extremely clean. And leaving for work again early ,they made check out very easy as well. The front desk staff was friendly, courteous ,helpful ,and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location to o my coworkers.

We had free hotels.com nights and were disappointed that the boutique hotel in town wouldn't accept them so we booked the hampton inn instead. I am so glad we did. It was so clean, the room and beds were so comfortable, the bathrooms/showers were awesome! We enjoyed a little outdoor patio with a fire pit and some sofas. Everything was excellent. Staff was fantastic. Our only complaint was that the restaurants on property are closed Mondays and Tuesday for dinner. But you can go across the park to the Snap Dragon for dinner which was very good.

This place is fabulous. Super cute hotel with only 6 rooms upstairs and a bar/coffee counter downstairs with excellent beer/wine and coffee options, a fancy pizza truck on site, and lovely outdoor areas at the front and back. They say there is no breakfast provided, but there is a pantry room near the guest rooms with a microwave, lots of snacks and extra toiletries, and some light breakfast options each morning. Absolutely wonderful! We loved our hilltop view, the fresh air, and the complimentary coffee in the morning. Our room was pristine and the staff were exceptional. The property is gorgeous, quiet, and peaceful. Downtown is easily accessible while still feeling removed (which is ideal for us). We were surprised firewood wasn’t included with the room, but it was worth the extra fee. And breakfast options are limited in my opinion, so we opted to eat downtown instead on our second day there.

Perfection! Thank you to Lark Hospitality for giving these properties new life. The restoration is flawless and the rooms are gorgeous. The location is perfect - adjacent to the South Slope and just downhill from the heart of downtown Asheville. This is our second time staying at the Village Hotel. We like how close it is to dining and activities, like the winery and the village. Parking is plentiful and free. The only thing I would change is that the Estate has a shuttle for Inn guests only, but I would make it available to all guests, because it literally drives right past the Village hotel with no one on it.
