I almost hate to give this place a good review because I don’t want the secret to get out and become popular, but it would be a disservice not to. We came down for 2 nights for a concert in Pikeville, KY and to do some hiking nearby. The motel was an older building that is still being renovated, but is beautifully redone and well kept. The room was large and clean, the staff were so nice. The value for the price was amazing! We arrived early and they even let us check in 30 minutes early! ...

Check in lady needs to smile. The other two managers after her knew how to smile and knew how to talk to people. The cleaning lady did excellent job.

Eclectic contemporary pseudo boutique

Easy on off from US-23, there were a few places to eat at. The Huddle House was also right next door breakfast was hot and good with good coffee. Beds were comfortable, room was very clean and well maintained and a very save spot, only one issue, there were not many electrical plugs and no USB ports. Don't let those small issues keep you away, this is a great place to stop.

Hair dryer didn’t work, phone didn’t work

The staff was warm and welcoming. My boyfriend and I especially loved the sweet hotel cat. The hotel was newly remodeled, and the rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable, and I greatly appreciated the number of pillows they provided. If I visit this area again, I will definitely be staying here!

Very nice room and super friendly staff. Liked that they lock the front doors at 11pm for safety too unlike the Super 8 down the road.

My husband and I stayed two nights and checked out with a positive feeling about the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. Imagine our surprise to be offered fresh baked cookies on checking in! The hot breakfast was also a surprise as it included a full breakfast rather than the usual cold offerings of cereal, bagels and muffins. We would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Hotel was in great condition and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful scenery and convenient to shopping for its location.
